Female - Telesales Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales & Marketing Executive - English/Malayalam/Hindi Speaking with prior experience in a target-based sales role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating new business and driving sales in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Effectively communicate the value of products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven tele sales/marketing experience in a target-based role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Work Ethic: Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Availability: Candidates available to join immediately will be given high priority.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
