Female Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and professional Female Telesales Executive to join our business setup consultancy in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, generate leads, explain business setup services, and convert inquiries into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain UAE business setup services (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
• Generate leads, follow up on warm inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and provide accurate information on licensing, documentation, visa processes, and company formation steps.
• Schedule appointments for senior consultants and coordinate meetings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records and update client information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in business setup, real estate, banking, or call center).
• Excellent communication and telephone handling skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
