Female Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to generate leads, promote property listings, schedule site visits, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or leads to generate sales and promote company products/services.
• Identify and qualify sales prospects through cold calling, follow-up calls, and email outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
