About the Job

We are hiring female telesales representatives for our U.S.-based Life Back Taxes campaign.
If you have excellent English communication skills, a confident personality, and enjoy interacting with customers, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional night-shift sales team with strong earning potential.

Full training and sales support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Promote and upsell company services to prospective customers.
• Build rapport, identify client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and follow up on leads.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience (U.S. campaign preferred).
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Persuasive, confident, and results-driven personality.
• Strong negotiation and listening skills.
• Comfortable working night shift (8 PM – 5 AM), Monday–Friday.
