Female Textile Designer (Lahore)

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Female Textile Designer to join our design and product development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of color, patterns, market trends, and textile aesthetics. She will be responsible for designing innovative fabric patterns, developing seasonal collections, and supporting the merchandising and production teams with accurate artwork and technical files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new textile designs, prints, patterns, and colorways according to brand requirements.
• Develop fabric concepts and seasonal design collections.
• Conduct market and trend research to generate fresh and competitive ideas.
• Prepare digital artwork, sketches, and repeat patterns.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams for design execution.
• Coordinate with mills, printers, and suppliers for development approvals.
• Ensure accurate design files, color standards, and technical specifications.
• Review sample garments and make necessary design improvements.
• Maintain an organized design archive and mood boards.
• Support in developing branding elements, packaging, and related creative work when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Designing or Fashion/Textile-related field.

1-2 years of experience in textile or garment design (fresh with strong portfolio can also be considered).

Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or relevant design software.

Excellent sense of color, detailing, and fabric behavior.

Ability to understand customer preferences and market trends.

Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with an eye for innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
