Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants with a strong background in selling domestic and international holiday packages. If you have a proven track record in travel sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset — we want to meet you!

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client travel bookings and complete itineraries.
• Create and present tailor-made holiday packages as per client needs.
• Handle customer inquiries with excellent service and professionalism.
• Understand client preferences and recommend destinations, dates, transport options, budgets, and accommodations.
• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and travel queries.
• Resolve travel-related issues or disruptions efficiently.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, trends, and destination knowledge.
• Ensure timely confirmations, documentation, and pre-departure communication.
• Maintain client profiles, preferences, and budgets for repeat business.
• Provide guidance on visas, travel insurance, health regulations, and travel documents.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy.
• Ensure accuracy in costing, calculations, and invoicing.
• Manage post-trip feedback and maintain client satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Holiday Package Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business is preferred (12th pass accepted).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of current travel trends and popular destinations.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Customer-service oriented with a sales-driven mindset.
