Job Title:

Urdu Teacher (Primary & Secondary Level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Urdu Teacher to teach students at the Primary and Secondary levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Urdu language instruction, fostering reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, and contributing positively to the academic and moral development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Urdu lessons according to the prescribed curriculum
• Teach reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and literature appropriate to grade levels
• Develop students’ speaking and listening skills in Urdu
• Assess and evaluate students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, and class activities
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress reports
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids as required
• Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
• Encourage students’ interest in Urdu language, literature, and culture
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and behavior
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, examinations, and school events
• Follow school policies, academic schedules, and examination procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urdu or a related field
• B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification (preferred)
• Prior teaching experience at Primary and/or Secondary level (preferred)
• Strong command over Urdu language (written and spoken)
• Good classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to plan engaging lessons for different age groups
• Punctual, responsible, and professionally disciplined

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Urdu
• Student-centered teaching approach
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and administration
• Basic computer skills for academic reporting (preferred)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time (as per school requirement)
• School-based position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
