Job Specification:

• Grade Level: 1 - 12
• Sector: Girls Campus
• Gender: Must be female in accordance with Ministry regulations
• Qualification: At least Bachelor's in Education or equivalent; Master's in educational leadership or equivalent is desirable; teaching qualification
• Curriculum Background: Preferably UK/US, others considered
• Language Proficiency: Excellent English speaker

Other Requirements:

1. Any nationality; foreign nationality is an added value
2. Arabic candidates should have native-like English proficiency
3. Degree in education; additional degrees are a plus
4. Experience in educational management
5. At least 10 years in the same field in international schools
6. Experience managing international examinations (Cambridge, American exams)
7. Creating transcripts for graduates; proficiency in Microsoft Office
8. Career advising (university applications, scholarships, etc.)
9. Counselling skills
10. Experience with digital platforms and digital books
11. Understanding of Arabic culture
12. Strong personality and organizational skills
13. Management and planning skills
14. Time management abilities
15. Excellent communication and presentation skills
