Female Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across various platforms—including promotional videos, social media assets, brand visuals, and motion graphics. You must be skilled in both static and motion design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand promotions.
• Design graphics including social media posts, web visuals, infographics, and branding materials.
• Create motion graphics, intros/outros, and animated elements for videos.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and videos.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video and design work.
• Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must have experience in Real Estate Market.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, or 3D animation tools.
