Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Female Videographer and Photographer to act as a Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be the visual storyteller for our practice, capturing high-quality clinical images and videos for both medical documentation and marketing purposes. Your work will directly contribute to patient education, treatment planning, and our brand's growth. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base and team.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Photography & Videography (70%):

• Capture consistent, high-quality "before and after" photographs of patients undergoing various dermatological and cosmetic procedures.
• Record professional video footage of treatments, patient testimonials (with consent), and educational content with the dermatologists.
• Manage and organize a digital library of all patient media, ensuring strict adherence to patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
• Set up and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring a clean and sterile environment.
• Assist the dermatologist during procedures by preparing the patient and ensuring ideal lighting and angles for documentation.

Marketing & Content Creation (20%):

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), our website, and email campaigns.
• Edit photos and videos to create engaging, on-brand content that highlights our services and patient success stories.
• Assist in brainstorming and executing new creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.

Clinical Assistance & Patient Care (10%):

• Prepare examination rooms and assist the dermatologist with minor procedures.
• Welcome patients, make them feel comfortable, and clearly explain the photography process.
• Manage patient consent forms for media usage.
• Provide basic patient education and support under the direction of the dermatologist.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be female (to respect cultural and patient privacy preferences for certain procedures).
• Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in both photo and video editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional bedside manner.
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and a high degree of discretion.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially in organizing digital assets.
• A keen eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Interest in or willingness to learn about dermatology and skincare.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Nice-to-Have (A Plus):

• Previous experience in a medical, aesthetics, or wellness setting.
• Experience with social media management or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA or other patient privacy laws.
