Female Waitress (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress to join our fast-paced fast food and delivery restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle dine-in service efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Pack takeaway and delivery orders properly and accurately.
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Qatar experience in restaurant service preferred.
• Good communication skills (basic English required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
