We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Female Arabic Receptionist & Call Center Agent to join our beauty clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Follow up with new leads and existing clients.
- Provide information about clinic services, promotions, and packages.
- Maintain accurate client records in the clinic management system.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and therapists.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Process payments and issue receipts when required.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, call center agent, customer service representative, or clinic coordinator.
- Beauty clinic, aesthetic clinic, salon, spa, or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM or clinic management software.
- Sales or customer retention experience.
- Knowledge of aesthetic and beauty treatments.
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
