Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Sales Agent with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets through strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients via calls, messages, and meetings.
• Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain daily or weekly reports on sales activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Urdu).
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle client objections positively and close sales effectively.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
