Cold Caller – USA Campaign (Outbound)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site – Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
Salary Range: Up to PKR 70,000 Basic + Attractive Sales Commission

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, result-driven Cold Caller / Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore. You’ll be contacting potential customers in the USA, introducing DoorLink — an innovative, AI-powered intercom and access control solution for residential and commercial buildings.

Your job is to build interest, qualify leads, and close sales or set appointments for demos with our U.S. team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. prospects and property decision-makers (property managers, building owners, HOAs, etc.)
• Present DoorLink products clearly and persuasively, focusing on benefits and ROI
• Overcome objections and build rapport with potential clients
• Follow up on interested leads via phone and email
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer details in CRM
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales and appointment targets
• Collaborate with management for continuous improvement and feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or international sales (U.S. campaign preferred)
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner
• Ability to work night shifts (7PM – 4 AM PKT)
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and a results-driven attitude
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
