Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Fence and Deck Builder to join our crew. The ideal candidate has experience in carpentry or general construction, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in producing clean, solid work.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and install wood, vinyl, and other types of fences
• Build and repair custom wood and composite decks
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
• Follow safety guidelines and job site protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate with clients and team members professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fence and/or deck building preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and measurements
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
