Join our dynamic team as a Fence Contractor and bring outdoor spaces to life with expertly crafted fences and enclosures! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fences across various residential, commercial, and landscape projects. Your craftsmanship will enhance property boundaries, privacy, and aesthetic appeal while ensuring safety and durability. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND SHOW UP ON TIME. This is not negotiable.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position; we do not have company employees.

If you don't have your own tools, we offer a tool purchase program. No DRUGS. If we suspect that you partake in such activities, your services will no longer be required.

Fence Types: Wood, Vinyl, and Chain link.

We also build pergolas and screened in patios.

Duties

• Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper placement and alignment.
• Cut, assemble, and install fence panels, posts, gates, and related structures using hand tools and power tools.
• Operate powered equipment safely for digging post holes, concrete pouring, or moving materials.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris.
• Perform repairs on existing fences by replacing damaged panels or posts to restore integrity.
• Coordinate with clients or project managers to meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or frame carpentry with a focus on fencing projects.
• Proficient with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes.
• Comfortable operating power tools including gas augers and concrete mixers.
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly while maintaining safety standards during physical tasks.
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing for setting posts securely in the ground.

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
