Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Fence Installation Laborers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with the installation of fences on various construction sites, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in construction, carpentry, and landscape maintenance while contributing to high-quality fencing projects.

Duties

• Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites for fence installation projects
• Use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and install fencing materials accurately
• Perform heavy lifting to move fence panels, posts, and other materials safely around the job site
• Operate equipment such as post drivers, concrete mixers, and other construction tools as needed
• Support the installation of concrete footings and framing for secure fence foundations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout each project
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or carpentry is highly desirable
• Knowledge of frame carpentry, masonry, or concrete forming is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction site safety standards
• Experience with landscape maintenance or hardscape installation is beneficial
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness
• Willingness to learn new skills related to fence installation and construction processes
