Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret project specifications and plans.
Maintain and promote safe work practices on all job sites.
Complete projects on schedule and within labor budget expectations.
Ensure crew members take required breaks and accurately record time in ExakTime.
Coordinate daily job activities and maintain productivity.
Install, repair, and maintain various types of fencing systems.

Qualifications

Knowledge of commercial and industrial fence installation practices.
Strong understanding of different fencing materials and applications.
Ability to read and understand project specifications.
Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates.
Welding certification required for Certified Welder position.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
