Trust N Fences is hiring a Fence Installer in Elizabeth, PA. You'll install residential and commercial fences and gates alongside an experienced crew at a family-owned company where craftsmanship is the point, not the marketing.

Who you are:

• You take pride in stepping back at the end of a job and seeing a fence line that runs straight, secure, and exactly how the customer pictured it.
• You like working with your hands and being outside.
• You believe the details — clean post alignment, tight measurements — separate good work from great.
• You can hold a conversation with the crew or a homeowner without making it weird.
• You bring 1+ years of fence, construction, or hands-on trades experience (or a serious willingness to learn).
• Valid driver's license required.

What you'll do:

• Review installation plans and confirm materials are on site before starting.
• Measure, cut, and secure fence components and posts with accuracy.
• Install residential and commercial fences and gates under a lead's guidance.
• Talk with homeowners about progress on the job.
• Follow safety protocols and local building codes on every project.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
