FENCE INSTALLER LABORER

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fence Installer Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with the installation of fences and related structures, supporting various construction activities, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience in construction-related tasks, and the ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Prior experience with carpentry, masonry, or landscape maintenance is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry and opportunities for skill development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of fences, including setting posts, attaching panels, and securing materials using hand tools and power tools
• Support framing carpentry and concrete forming tasks as needed for fence foundations
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as posts, panels, and concrete forms to facilitate installation processes
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up necessary equipment
• Support masonry activities related to fence footings or decorative features
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on site
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during construction activities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades such as masonry or landscape maintenance is preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and concrete finishing techniques is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety procedures
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
