Fence Installer/Laborer

We are a fast-growing, established, and locally owned fence company looking for reliable crew members who take pride in their work and want steady, long-term employment with great team members.

This is a hands-on, outdoor position installing residential and light commercial fencing. If you show up, work hard, and want to grow, there is opportunity for growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fences
• Dig post holes, set posts, and hang gates
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain a clean and professional job site

• Reliable and shows up on time
• Solid team member who people enjoy being around
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Construction or fence experience preferred, but not required
