Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Fence Installer / Laborer to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, have strong attention to detail, and can work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install fences using a variety of materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, etc.)
• Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
• Dig post holes using hand tools or power equipment
• Set posts, rails, and panels according to specifications
• Operate tools and equipment safely (augers, saws, levels, etc.)
• Load and unload materials and maintain a clean job site
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or fencing experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule & Compensation:
