Your Position:

• We are hiring 1 fertilizer technician.
• At PM&L we follow an apprenticeship like program with a compensation guide that assigns every task with a dollar amount and test out. We train and equip our team members in house and provide opportunities for leadership and continued personal development.
• Experience is strongly required. This is an NOT an entry to mid level experience position
• Currently we have no max salary.
• Leading the fertilizer division can exceed 6 figures in compensation with additional responsibilities.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Applying fertilizer and maintaining optimal lawn health
• Testing and correcting soil by administering soil treatments and soil amendments
• Assisting in the installation and maintenance of residential turf lawns and commercial sites

Requirements:

• Must be:
• A registered Indiana 3B technician
• A US citizen
• Able to pass a regular drug screening
• Speak Clear English
• Have a valid Indiana drivers license and be insured to drive commercially
• Able to lift, pull or push +50 LBS frequently

This position offers competitive pay based on experience. Experience is not required but preferred. Positions are available immediately.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
