FFA Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated FFA Technician to join our team for an offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining Fire Extinguishers, BA Sets, EEBD Sets, Air Compressors, and FFE Equipment, ensuring all work complies with international maritime and offshore safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and servicing of Fire Fighting Appliances (FFA) and related safety equipment on offshore installations and maritime vessels.
• Ensure all equipment complies with international maritime and offshore safety standards.
• Conduct safety checks, prepare service reports, and recommend necessary corrective or preventive actions.
• Coordinate with other technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use and upkeep of FFA equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all inspections, services, and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as an FFA Technician or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in servicing Fire Extinguishers, BA Sets, EEBD Sets, Air Compressors, and FFE Equipment.
• Sound knowledge of offshore and maritime safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or training in LSA/FFA equipment are preferred.
