Role Description

We are seeking a full-time FF&E Procurement Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this on-site role, you will manage the procurement and purchasing process for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing. Responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders, analyzing market trends, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. You will also coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and ensure quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• 2-5 Years Experience with Procurement, Purchasing, or Interior Design
• Strong skills in Vendor management
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills related to evaluating costs, quality, and vendor performance
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with FF&E procurement within interior design or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Compensation

• AED 8,000-10,000
