Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced FF&E Procurement & Purchasing Manager with expertise in hospitality procurement. The successful candidate will oversee sourcing, vendor management, and procurement of all FF&E items while maintaining compliance with brand standards. Strong relationships with hotel ownership groups, franchise brand representatives, and suppliers are highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and purchasing of FF&E items from domestic and international suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate pricing, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with hotel brand specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of FF&E procurement experience in the hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of hotel brand standards
