Job Vacancy: FF&E Specialist – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking to hire an FF&E Specialist / Furniture Stylist for our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and styling, with a solid knowledge of the UAE supplier market.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E selection, procurement, and styling for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE-based suppliers and vendors.

• Select and specify FF&E items that meet functional, aesthetic, and quality standards.

• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E schedules.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Stay updated on the latest FF&E trends, finishes, and materials in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design (or related field).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design with a focus on FF&E.

• Proven experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and procurement.

• • Good knowledge of **AutoCAD** or any similar software (such as SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or 3ds Max), in addition to the **Adobe Creative Suite**.

• Strong portfolio showcasing FF&E and furniture styling work.

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

• Currently based in the UAE.
