FF&E Specialist

Location: Sheikh Zayed City

Working Days: Sunday-Thursday

Hours: 9 AM-5 PM or 10 AM-6 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FF&E Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in interior design studios or fit-out companies to handle FF&E concepts, selections, specifications, and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, and presentations
• Select furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes
• Prepare specifications, schedules, and procurement documents
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors
• Monitor procurement, deliveries, and installations
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong portfolio (hospitality/residential/commercial)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office
• Fluent Arabic & English
• Odoo knowledge is a plus
