Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented FIAR Analyst with experience in Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and Complementary User Entity Controls (CUECs). The ideal candidate will support audit readiness efforts by assisting with internal control documentation, validating CUEC implementation, and ensuring compliance with federal financial management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support FIAR audit readiness initiatives by assisting with documentation, testing, and validation of financial controls.
• Review and validate Complementary User Entity Controls (CUECs) to ensure compliance with Service Organization Control (SOC) reports.
• Assist with internal control assessments and remediation activities.
• Document financial processes, control narratives, and supporting evidence for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to ensure proper control implementation and monitoring.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Perform control testing and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit documentation repositories and track remediation actions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FIAR, audit readiness, or internal controls.
• 2+ years of experience reviewing or implementing CUECs related to SOC 1 or SOC 2 reports.
• Understanding of internal control frameworks and audit processes.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
