Job Description

MRAYCO Stainless Steel Industries is seeking an experienced Fibre Laser Cutting Machine Operator to operate a 3000W CNC fibre laser cutting machine for stainless steel fabrication. The role requires hands-on technical skill, accuracy, and production discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC fibre laser cutting machines safely and efficiently
• Use CypCut control system for loading files, nesting, and cutting operations
• Cut stainless steel sheets with high accuracy and clean finish
• Adjust cutting parameters (power, speed, gas, focus) based on material thickness
• Perform basic daily checks and maintain machine cleanliness
• Coordinate with fabrication and bending teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Fibre Laser Machine Operator (mandatory)
• Experience cutting stainless steel sheets
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and DXF files
• Familiarity with assist gases (Nitrogen / Oxygen / Air)
• Multi-skilled technicians are preferred
