Fiber Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-speed fiber internet services directly to customers in their homes. You will introduce our products, explain the benefits, answer questions, and help customers sign up for the best plan to fit their needs.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, meeting new people, has strong communication skills, and is driven to achieve sales goals.

Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Duties

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to promote and sell fiber internet services.
• Travel to different areas (Blitz Model) for 10-14 days.
• Present product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and engaging way.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns about the service.
• Assist customers with completing sales orders and sign-ups.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
• Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Previous sales, customer service, or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable speaking to strangers and building quick rapport.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned neighborhoods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic tech knowledge and ability to learn product details quickly.
• Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $500.00 - $4,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ogden, UT 84405
