Fiber Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, splicing, and maintenance of fiber optic networks (FTTH/GPON)
• Troubleshooting fiber faults and service complaints
• On-site customer support and technical visits
• Ensuring timely resolution of outages and service issues
• Proper handling of fiber tools, OLT/ONT testing equipment

Requirements:

• Experience in ISP / Telecom fiber operations preferred
• Knowledge of GPON, FTTH, fiber splicing & OTDR testing
• Ability to work in outdoor and field environments
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Must be responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
