Fiberglass Laminator / Gelcoater

Candidate is responsible for dispensing, mixing, and laminating fiberglass onto molds. Experience in mold or boat building is required for ideal candidates. Experience spraying gelcoat is a plus.

Job Duties

• Preparing plugs/patterns for molding by applying wax and release agents
• Measuring and catalyzing resin
• Laminating chopped strand mat and other fabrics onto mold surfaces
• Grinding and prep between layers
• Responsible for cleaning work area and tools
• Use tools that include gelcoat and resin spray equipment, rollers, grinders, and other small tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

• fiberglass lamination: 1 year (Required)
• gelcoat: 1 year (Preferred)
