We Are Hiring Fibre Rope Splicer!

Are you an experienced Fibre Rope Splicer with expertise in synthetic fibre composite rigging and marine rope systems? We are seeking skilled professionals to join our clients' workforce and contribute to the manufacture, assembly, and inspection of high-performance fibre composite ropes and rigging solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for splicing, measuring, cutting, and assembling fibre composite ropes and associated rigging products in accordance with engineered drawings and industry standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in fibre rope splicing, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality, precision, and safety.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Fibre Composite Technician or Fibre Rope Splicer.
• Proficient in splicing 3 strand, 8 strand, 12 strand, and braided synthetic fibre rope products.
• Experience measuring, cutting, and assembling fibre composite rigging in accordance with engineered drawings and relevant industry standards.
• Experience assembling anchors, buoyancy systems, and rope assemblies based on engineered specifications.
• Strong understanding of synthetic fibre composite rope splicing techniques, cordage, and marine rigging equipment.
• Knowledge of rope and rigging terminology and best practices.
• Ability to calculate raw material requirements and accurately interpret manufacturing job cards.
• Ability to interpret technical information to determine work scope and manufacturing requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings for fibre composite ropes, mooring systems, rigging assemblies, and anchoring products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

Must-Have Requirements:

• With a valid passport.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four wheeled vehicle.
