William A. Hazel, Inc., a total site development contractor for over 60 years, is seeking a Construction Field Accounting Administrator to join our team. This fast-paced position plays a key role in analyzing field data for assigned construction development projects. You will serve as a reliable resource between operations, project management, and the cost department.
Essential Functions
· Review and analyze field documentation for production quantities, earned value analysis, and job cost accuracy.
· Work closely with the Project Analysts, Job Superintendents, and Project Managers to ensure that all requirements for the assigned construction projects are met and that the associated costs are coded correctly.
· Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible to facilitate a smooth and efficient audit process.
· Add notes in the accounting software related to job trucking hauls.
· Add cost in Heavy Job as it’s approved in the accounting system.
· Assist the Project Management Team with accurate forecasting of estimates.
· Prepare other analyses on an as-needed basis for internal users.
Requirements

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently.
· College degree preferred; or 3-4 years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Microsoft Office 365 Proficiency, HCSS Heavy Job, and Viewpoint Vista experience preferred.
