Job Description:
The Field Admin. Clerk plays a pivotal role as a direct link to the Basin Chief Assistant. In this position, they provide essential support to Mesa's Generator Technicians and Field Office Leads by overseeing administrative tasks. Their responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of work orders, unit moves, and documentation tasks. Collaborating closely with the Basin Chief Assistant, they foster strong relationships within supporting departments, upholding Mesa's culture and standards. Moreover, they are entrusted with developing and documenting maintenance procedures to uphold the Mesa standard across field offices. Reporting to and receiving guidance from the Assistant Basin Chief on a daily basis, the Field Admin Clerk facilitates effective two-way communication within the team. With strong organizational skills, they ensure tasks are efficiently completed and information is readily accessible, contributing to the smooth operation of the field office.
Essential Duties:

Directly supports the field office by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.

Conduct inernal audits to ensure inspections are being completed.

Identifies ways to improve efficiency and reduce friction within Mesa interdepartmentally.

Responsible for new employee culture training and preserving Mesa's culture throughout the organization.

Builds relationships to establishes confidence with employees in order for employees to openly discuss improvements that need to be made throughout the organization.

Assists in projects throughout Mesa to ensure accuarcy, timely resources and a safe working environment for Field / Maintenance operations.

Responsible for working independently and responding to the needs of the organization.

Education:
Required:
-
High School diploma or GED.
Preferred:
-
Mesa’s generator technician course.
Experience:
Required:

At least 1 year of Mesa experience.
Preferred:

Mesa leadership experience.

Previous experience in administrative roles .

Honorably discharged service veterans preferred.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers
