Field Agent (Armed Only)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Field Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our facilities, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Our agents will work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing immediate assistance as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, including observations and actions taken.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies.
• Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential threats or disturbances.
• Conduct safety drills and training sessions for staff on emergency procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current security trends and best practices within the industry.

Skills

• Proficient in CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in surveillance techniques and monitoring systems.
• Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
• Strong report writing skills for documenting incidents accurately.
• Excellent conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
