Field and Remote Service Technician – International Support & UAE Operations

About the Role

We are looking to hire two skilled and motivated Service Technicians to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidates will play a key role in supporting our international and local clients by handling technical inquiries, performing remote diagnostics, and executing on-site installations and service work across the UAE.

This role combines technical expertise, client communication, and hands-on fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Remote Service

• Respond to client inquiries received through the service email in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct online troubleshooting sessions and remote diagnostics with international clients
• Perform virtual inspections and guide clients through technical procedures
• Document service cases and maintain accurate service records

Field Service & Installations (UAE)

• Perform on-site servicing, maintenance, and repairs of equipment
• Install and commission new equipment at client locations
• Conduct system testing and ensure proper functionality after installation
• Provide basic user training to clients when required

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding spare parts and technical updates
• Prepare service reports after each visit or online intervention
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving

Requirements

• Strong technical background (electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical preferred)
• Previous experience in technical service, field service, or maintenance roles
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Comfortable conducting online meetings and remote troubleshooting sessions
• Willingness to travel within the UAE
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
• Own car is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wellness, medical, or spa equipment (advantage)
• Familiarity with technical documentation and service reporting systems
• Customer-focused mindset with professional attitude
