Field CHHA ($25-$30)

The Center for Hope Hospice & Palliative Care is Central Jersey’s leading provider of hospice and palliative care services. We bring our patients a quality of life that actively supports the individual’s right to live with dignity and comfort. We are looking to expand our team of highly qualified, dedicated Home Health Aides.

Available shifts are:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
7:30 am - 4:00 pm
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
8:30 am - 5:00 pm
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
9:30 am - 6:00 pm
10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide personal care to patients in their homes following the established care plan
• Communicate with patients and their family members
• Document care provided to patients at point of care on a daily basis
• Follow infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Current and valid Home Health Aide Certificate
• Have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Be willing to travel within our service area (Union, Middlesex, Essex, Somerset, and Morris Counties)
• Must be compassionate and empathetic
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrate medical fitness through a pre-employment physical, rubella and rubeola titers, and TB test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
