Field Collector (Cash Handling & Route Operations)

BRS is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Field Collectors to support a client operating throughout the city and surrounding suburbs (a 150-mile radius). This position is ideal for individuals with experience in cash handling, route operations, security, military service, or armored transport.

This is a 100% field-based role requiring daily travel to established business locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail and business locations to perform scheduled collections.
• Accurately collect, document, and reconcile cash and accounts receivable.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.
• Report technical, inventory, or service-related concerns.
• Use a mobile application to document collections, receipts, and route activity.
• Complete daily deposits in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records while following established security and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Strong math, balancing, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Concealed Carry Permit or the ability to obtain one.
• Security, military, armored transport, or route-service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
