Job Opportunity – Field Coordinator

Location: Kotli Sattian, Rawalpindi

We are hiring a Field Coordinator to support an education project in Kotli Sattian.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor schools and ensure project implementation.
• Conduct regular visits and check attendance, teaching, and facilities.
• Coordinate with teachers, SMCs, and education offices.
• Collect and report field data.
• Support trainings, community meetings, and material distribution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Education/Social Sciences or related field (2–3 years’ experience).
• Knowledge of Punjab’s school system, especially rural areas.
• Strong reporting and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel within the tehsil.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
