Impact

Third-Party Survey Firm Management – Act as the primary coordination focal point for fieldwork between Taleemabad and external survey/evaluation firms. Track deliverables, timelines, and contractual expectations.

We don’t “hope” vendors deliver quality — we actively manage it. Fieldwork finishes on time and to standard.

Field Governance & Quality Assurance – Conduct spot checks, observe enumerators, verify adherence to sampling plans and survey protocols.

Data reflects real classroom realities — not shortcuts. Our impact findings remain defensible.

Daily Data Quality Monitoring – Review dashboards, track completion rates, flag missing data or anomalies, coordinate high-frequency checks with the research team.

Issues are corrected in real time, not discovered weeks later during analysis.

Enumerator Training Oversight – Support and observe baseline and endline trainings; ensure tools are implemented as designed.

Enumerators follow the script. Tools are administered consistently across schools.

Government & School Coordination – Support district approvals, coordinate scheduling with program teams, ensure smooth school access.

Government stakeholders trust Taleemabad’s professionalism. Access becomes easier over time.

Field Operations Tracking – Monitor daily coverage against sampling targets; escalate delays; coordinate contingency plans.

Timelines are realistic and met. No last-minute crises.

Documentation & Reporting – Maintain live trackers, risk logs, issue registers, and structured weekly updates.

Leadership has real-time visibility. Each study strengthens the next over the 24-month research pipeline.

Ethics & Compliance Oversight – Ensure adherence to consent procedures, child protection safeguards, and research ethics standards.
