Field Crew Supervisor (Foreman) – Southern Drainage Solutions (SDS)

Southern Drainage Solutions (SDS) is a leading provider of storm and sanitary system services across North Georgia. We specialize in hydro-jetting, pipeline inspections, and trenchless rehabilitation for municipal and commercial clients.

We’re looking for a Field Supervisor (Foreman) to lead and support our inspection and jetting crews. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, assign tasks, ensure safety compliance, and act as the on-site leader for projects. You’ll also train new hires, operate and supervise equipment like CCTV and hydro-jetting rigs, and maintain accurate reporting.

Expected Hours: 40–60 hours per week

What we’re looking for:

• Leadership experience in field or construction roles
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
• Experience with safety briefings and pipeline/inspection equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred: 3+ years in underground infrastructure or field services, familiarity with hydro-jetting/CCTV workflows, NASSCO PACP certification.
