Employment Type: W2 – Part-time

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Schedule:

• Mon–Fri: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Sat & Sun: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Own Vehicle is mandatory

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Data Moderators / Data Collectors to support on-site data collection projects for our client. This is an entry-level position that involves traveling to designated locations, guiding study participants through the data collection process, and ensuring all data is accurately recorded and uploaded.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations to support on-site data collection activities.
• Take clear, high-quality photographs and upload them to the client’s portal.
• Greet, brief, and assist study participants throughout the session.
• Collect consent forms, demographic information, and payment details from participants and update trackers as required.
• Moderate data collection sessions and ensure all procedures are followed.
• Handle and maintain devices used for collection (phones, tablets, computers, etc.).
• Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately within required timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as scheduled.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable with online communication tools and digital data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team processes.
• Professional, organized, and reliable.
