Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain instrumentation systems at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine system requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on instrumentation systems.
- Identify and report product defects or areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in field technical engineering or a related role in instrumentation.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level measurement devices.
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively (up to 50%).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., HART, Modbus).
- Knowledge of control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC).
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., IEC, ISA).
- Experience with documentation and reporting tools.
