Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and maintain instrumentation systems at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine system requirements.
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on instrumentation systems.
  • Identify and report product defects or areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in field technical engineering or a related role in instrumentation.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level measurement devices.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively (up to 50%).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., HART, Modbus).
  • Knowledge of control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC).
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., IEC, ISA).
  • Experience with documentation and reporting tools.
