Job Description
A Field Engineer will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing day to day field task that will help with our internal documentation.
Job Roles & Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Developing detailed project plans with field leaders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project activities align with established goals and timelines.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate project records, Including daily logs, daily work plans, Progress reports (QTYS) from Field team and As-Built drawings.

Time entry: team member can support with accurate time entry of hours and QTY’s per task/activity/ Building/Phase ETC.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards through regular inspections and testing. FE will work closely with our Onsite QA/QC Manager to support with deliverables/ documentation.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Scope Review: Understanding of our scope of work and responsible subcontractors SOW.

Logging our Field Daily Reports at the end of each shift

Job Qualifications

2-3 years documented work in the commercial or industrial electrical fields

Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and construction practices

Ability to identify issues quickly and develop practical solutions

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders

NEC /Code Compliance knowledge is a requirement
