Field Executive (Delivery Associate Hiring and Operations)

We are looking for energetic, confident, and field-oriented professionals to support Delivery Associate hiring and hub operations in Kolkata.

This role combines on-ground recruitment, delivery partner management, and daily hub operations. You will be responsible for building a steady pipeline of Delivery Associates, ensuring smooth onboarding, managing day-to-day delivery operations, and supporting customer and local business requirements.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow in the logistics and last-mile delivery industry and are comfortable working extensively in the field.

Salary: 15,000- 18,000 (based on interview and experience)

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Associate Hiring & Field Sourcing

• Approach potential candidates and explain job roles, shifts, and earning opportunities.
• Collect candidate details and maintain an updated lead database.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and hiring targets.z

2. Calling, Follow-Up & Onboarding

• Call interested candidates to explain job responsibilities and onboarding steps.
• Inform candidates about documentation requirements and onboarding schedules.
• Coordinate weekly onboarding sessions and ensure timely joining.
• Work with the internal team for ID creation, app setup, and deployment.

3. Delivery Partner Management

• Hire, train, and guide Delivery Associates on app usage and operational processes.
• Resolve delivery partner issues and keep them motivated and active.
• Ensure sufficient rider availability based on daily and monthly demand.

4. Hub & Delivery Operations

• Manage daily hub activities such as rider attendance, shift planning, and delivery allocation.
• Ensure orders are picked up and delivered on time.
• Monitor performance using dashboards and suggest operational improvements.
• Maintain accuracy in delivery data and reports.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Support

• Handle customer calls and complaints related to deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Build and maintain good relationships with local shops and small businesses.
• Support local sales and promotional activities when required.

6. Reporting & Targets

• Submit daily reports covering:
• Candidates approached
• Leads generated
• Calls made
• Delivery Associates onboarded
• Support the team in achieving monthly hiring and operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Minimum Class 10 / Class 12
• Graduation preferred but not mandatory

Language Skills

• Must speak Bengali and Hindi
• Basic English preferred

Skills

• Strong communication and follow-up discipline
• Comfortable with extensive field work across Kolkata
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets or MS Excel
• Ability to manage people and handle multiple tasks
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Experience (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

• 2–3 years in logistics, delivery platforms, customer service, or field sales
• Prior experience hiring or managing delivery partners is a plus
