Field Executive – Handyman Onboarding & Area Mapping

Key Responsibilities1️ Handyman Identification & Onboarding

• Visit local markets, hardware shops, societies, slum clusters, repair hubs
• Identify plumbers, electricians, carpenters & handymen
• Explain AllTimeBuddy service model & earning opportunity
• Collect documents and complete onboarding
• Verify basic skills (work proof / demo / references)

2️ Area & Service Mapping

• Survey residential areas, apartments, colonies
• Identify:
• High-demand localities
• Common household service needs
• Prepare area-wise service requirement reports
• Map technician availability by location & skill

3️ Field Coordination

• Maintain daily onboarding & visit reports
• Coordinate between handymen and operations team
• Support technicians during initial job assignments
• Resolve basic onboarding or field issues

4️ Local Relationship Building

• Build rapport with:
• Hardware store owners
• Society guards & RWAs
• Local contractors & supervisors
• Use referrals to onboard more handymen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,267.35 - ₹15,149.51 per month
