Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to provide home-based tutoring for young learners. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing personality, strong communication skills, and experience in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning sessions at students’ homes.
• Create lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood learning goals.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and learning outcomes.
• Incorporate play-based and experiential learning techniques.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism during home visits.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in preschool or early childhood teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Ability to travel for home tutoring sessions within assigned areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
