Location: Bilekahalli btm 2nd stage/ JP Nagar, Bengaluru

Experience Level: Freshers or Experienced Candidates

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday[6days work]

Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Field HR Recruiter to support our recruitment initiatives across Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and assisting potential candidates through various field recruitment activities. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to represent the company effectively in external interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field recruitment activities such as campus visits, job fairs, local outreach programs, and community engagements.

Source potential candidates through multiple offline channels and build a strong candidate network.

Perform preliminary screening and verification of candidate details.

Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with the internal recruitment team.

Maintain accurate records of candidate data and recruitment progress in designated databases.

Promote open positions and communicate organizational values to prospective candidates.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Graduate or final-year student pursuing graduation in any discipline.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.

Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives.

Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
